Delivery & Returns (delivery)

After an order has been made you will get an order confirmation and as soon as the payment is complete we will start processing your order. We currently deliver to below countries and delivery times are as follows:

  • Nairobi: Next day (Orders placed before 13.00 are delivered the same day) 
  • Kenya (outside of Nairobi): 1-2 business days (Orders placed before 13.00 are delivered the next day) 
  • Rwanda: 1-2 business days (Orders placed before 13.00 are delivered the next day) 
  • Uganda: 1-2 business days (Orders placed before 13.00 are delivered the next day) 
  • Tanzania: 1-2 business days (Orders placed before 13.00 are delivered the next day)
Please note that we deliver Monday to Saturday, but not on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery & Returns (Returns) 
If you need to return a product please contact customer service at info@nordicshop.co.ke

Note that before we approve a return we will review your product through our inspection processes.

The refund process will begin shortly after we have received your returned product. Refund duration may take up to 14 business days. Note that we do not return cash.

Should your product be invalid for return our customer service team will reach out to you.

Shipping Methods

Our fresh produce is air freighted to East Africa on a weekly basis ensuring the freshness and availability of your favor products.

All fresh produce is shipped with a “Keep Cool” method ensuring that products are kept at +2 – 8C throughout the transit.

For frozen items we use insulated packaging and ship these in isothermal containers ensuring perishable goods are kept at -18C for the entire journey.
