Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind after placing an order and your goods have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel your order. Please email us immediately at info@nordicshop.co.ke, giving your order number and stating the reason for wanting to cancel your order.
Returns - Damaged & Faulty
If you have received an item that is damaged or is not what you ordered then please email us immediately at info@nordicshop.co.ke
Please make sure to include photos of the issue before shipping the goods back so we can discuss the best action to take for you to get ordered products sent to you in the shortest possible time.
